Today its portfolio of business premises includes Belper Enterprise Park (nine offices and starter units), Great Bridge Business Park (five high quality, modern business units) and Waterside House (the former Robinson Brothers offices on the corner of Charles Street which has been transformed to provide high quality serviced office accommodation for over 40 businesses with meeting rooms for hire).
The income generated from the above will ensure GGCE is a sustainable organisation capable of making a profit which can then be reinvested into the community.
Based at the popular Wood Lane Community Centre which it owns and manages, GGCE also operates a children’s Play Bus, Woody’s after school club for local children and holds quarterly community forums which give a voice to the local community. Volunteering opportunities are also available.
